This is one time Seven Hour requirement course which provides a basic overview in spousal or Partner Abuse Assessment, detection, and intervention strategies including community resources, cultural factors and same gender abuse and dynamics.

All LEP licenses renewing on or after January 1, 2012 must receive at least 15 hours of instruction and training in alcoholism and other chemical substance dependency (CCR Section 1810). You will also learn the legal aspects of substance abuse.including community resources offering assessment and treatment .This class will also teach you about education concerning and prevention of substance abuse.

Aging and Long Term Care CEU's 3 Hour (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), (Marriage and Family Therapist)

This Three hour course provides a basic overview of vital information in regards to physical, emotional mental, cultural, social, chronological age and functional age. This course will also teach the life stages that mental health, social workers and clinicians need to understand and address when working with older adults. This course will include an overview in the study of aging and gerontology, the current life expectancy, and how population age. The instructor will also discuss age, sex of the elder population and suicidality.

Human Sexuality CEU's 10 Hour PRE- LICENSURE (Marriage and Family Therapist Candidates), (Licensed Clinical Social Worker Candidates), (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Candidates)

This ten hour course will cover a broad range of topics, including the physiological, psychological ethical, moral theological, legal and spiritual or religious aspects of sex and human behavior. Other topics will include Heterosexuality, Homosexuality, and Lesbianism.

This six hour course will cover a broad range of topics, including, How to prevent Bullying. How to deal with students behavior. How to help parents speak with their children about Bullying. Other topics include Cyberbulllying and also bullying intended to focus on LGBT.

This Seven hour course provides a basic overview of the importance of identifying child abuse. This class will also teach about the symptoms and warning signs of child abuse. This course will also describe How to communicate with Child Protective Services and the procedure for reporting child abuse. Other topics include Prevention and Treatment of child abuse. You will also learn the consequences for failing to report child abuse.
